Educators and administrators who successfully finished the MOOC on Service Management Business Communication and Business Process Management 101 attended the seminar that aimed at "orienting teachers on blended learning and the use of Open Educational Resources that UPOU developed for the Business Process Management/Outsourcing (BPM/BPO) industry" (NCODel 2015).

The comprehensive lecture and discussion paved the way to the educators' understanding of their role in providing proper training to students who may wish to become part of the BPO/BPM industries while studying or after studying. It was emphasized that if educators would actively participate in the
implementation of the K-12 curriculum and the Technical Vocational Education (TVET) university goals of empowering the students' skills needed in the field mentioned, then the demands of the industry - coming up with a great number of employees fully equipped with the competencies required by the job offered - will be met, thus resulting to the progress of the Philippine economy.
The event was one of those series of free seminars provided by UPOU to the educators for the realization of the advocacy - teaching the students relevant skills and knowledge for them to keep up and be attuned with the demands of the changing time (Dr. Bandalaria).
The rigorous academic accomplishment is made possible by the UPOU administrators' intention of "giving back" to the Filipinos the value of their taxes and making them see the fruit of their labors.
As the session ended the initials BPM became more significant to each participant as the following slide was shown:
The following pictures show the accommodation and the generosity of the UPOU administration.
