About Us

Welcome to Reflections & Resources!

Reflections & Resources is an educational blog created by Jem Tordecillas, an ESL teacher based in the Philippines.

This blog shares lesson reflections, teaching resources, book reviews, travel stories, and personal insights from the classroom and beyond. Our goal is to help students and fellow teachers find inspiration, practical tips, and meaningful stories.

Started in 2020, this blog is a collection of real experiences from teaching students from different countries like Vietnam, Iraq, and the Philippines.

Our mission is simple: to reflect, to share, and to grow together.

Thank you for being part of our learning journey!
